A great email I got

THE JOB - URINE TEST (Whoever wrote this one deserves a HUGE pat on the back!) Like most folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit.
-
In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. So, here is my Question: Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?
-
Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their rears - doing drugs, while I work. Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?
-
I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'.
-
Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't. Hope you all will pass it along, though. Some things has to change in this country -- and soon!!!!!!

CBS reveil on H1N1 virus

Dems went nuclear. Bombed my heart.

"House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) held a hearing this morning to certify that H.R. 3200 -- the main House Obamacare bill which was the subject of all the town hall rage in August -- has met all requirements to pass as a “budget reconciliation” measure."
-
"Under reconciliation, the bill can be passed by a simple majority vote in the Senate -- just 51 votes -- and will be given preferential treatment on the House floor as well. The Dems have apparently invoked the “nuclear option” to shut out Republicans and ensure the bill is passed before the end of the year."
-
"The bill certified for “reconciliation” is the Ways & Means version of H.R. 3200 that was passed out of committee before the August break, and before it was read aloud at town hall meetings across the country and blasted by voters across the country." (KOSMOSNET)

Update on corruption

Hey everyone — Congressman John Carter (TX) takes the Rangel Resolution to the Floor today at noon and we should really drive this home. It’s obnoxious that he hasn’t stepped down and a disgrace that he's the Chairman of Ways and Means after having failed to report a load of financial assets.
-
I hope you'll support Carter's move and link to his blog post today speaking out about it on RedState. Also, check out the text of the Resolution on his site here. Thanks for taking the time to plug this. --Ericka (DC)
